Summary :

As a Engineering Technician at Microwave Products Group - Pole / Zero Corporation in West Chester, OH, you will be supporting both engineering and manufacturing functions by testing and troubleshooting electronic systems and modules through the entire NPI process, including design, verification, and production release of these systems.

Primary Responsibilities :

• Assist with the design and test of RF architectures including test fixtures and racks / benches
• Work with engineers and technicians to review and optimize current testing processes
• Support standardization of Automated Test Equipment (ATE) for engineering and production applications
• Review and implement solutions to leverage performance improvements of new technology
• Perform component level troubleshooting and repair of RF modules and assemblies
• Assist engineers with the development of test plans, procedures, and test instructions
• Perform testing, collect data, and analyze the results, including documentation of the findings
• Support DVT and Qualification activities as required
• Perform maintenance or repairs of equipment and fixtures as required
• Function effectively as part of a multi-disciplinary team
• Create PCB prototypes as required

Bonus Eligible : This position is eligible to earn a discretionary bonus based on performance metrics and other criteria outlined in our applicable bonus plan.
