Senior AI Engineer

Location : Urbana, MD

Salary Range : $41 - 47 / hr

Introduction

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled AI Technical Lead to guide our AI engineering team. The ideal candidate is a hands-on thought leader who can architect, design, and implement AI systems, while also mentoring engineers and setting the technical direction of our AI initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
• Experience required in (Years) : 10 & Above
• Hands-on experience in developing Python-based backend services
• Strong understanding of system design concepts and software engineering standards
• Experience in developing AI-embedded solutions
• Proficiency in working with Azure data and AI services
• Ability to rapidly explore technology and provide prototypes to users
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with department heads and senior stakeholders
