Job Responsibilities

• Produced quality breads and pastries.
• Produced doughs, mixes, cakes, cookies, breakfast pastries, pies, and bars.
• Performed baking, cooling, wrapping, and labeling of products.
• Stocked dry products.
• Developed new recipes and production techniques to ensure seasonal variance and high productivity.
• Trained production personnel to high standards in the industry.
• Performed production planning and forecasting for special events and holidays.
• Maintained all production modules in the Datapax system.
• Arrived on time, appropriately groomed, dressed and ready to work; worked all scheduled shifts and attended required trainings and meetings.
• Provided excellent customer service, addressed customer needs timely and effectively, and used suggestive selling techniques; answered phones and pages promptly and courteously.
• Maximized sales potential through proper prepping, storing, rotating, stocking, and merchandising of products.
• Followed and ensured compliance with established procedures, including Weights and Measures, health and sanitation, and safe work practices.
• Maintained a clean and sanitary working and shopping environment; kept equipment in accordance with cleanliness and safety standards.
• Performed opening, mid, and closing duties; ensured accuracy of signs and pricing.
• Reported safety hazards and violations immediately.
• Performed other duties as assigned by store, regional, or national leadership.
