The Role :
As a Homebuyer Closing Specialist, you’ll provide assistance to our homebuyers during the closing process including pre-purchase education, gathering documents for closings and grant compliance, submitting loan application packets for 3rd party lenders, supporting the Future Homeowner and ensuring that all Fair Housing and Lending Laws are being followed throughout the process. This role reports to Habitat for Humanity’s Chief Program Officer.

The compensation information below is provided in compliance with all applicable disclosure requirements. Base Pay Range : $18.00 – $21.00. Actual base pay will depend on varying circumstances, including the position, location, individual qualifications, market finances, and other operational business needs.
