A company is looking for a Grants & Contracts Admin II.
Key Responsibilities
Provide financial oversight and administrative support for sponsored project management and research funding
Prepare budgets and application materials for principal investigators and ensure compliance with university and sponsor requirements
Supervise assigned staff and manage human resource functions related to research staff hiring and onboarding
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration is required
Master's degree is preferred
4 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required
1-2 years of experience with grants management or financial accounting in an academic medical setting is required
Must achieve and maintain CLASP certification within 1 year
