Training Schedule : 8 : 00 AM 4 : 00 PM

Duration : 13 Weeks

Pay Rate : $55 - $60 / hour ($2250 weekly)

Position Overview

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking CT Technologist for an exciting job in Brooklyn NY.

Key Responsibilities

Perform CT scans and related imaging procedures following established protocols.

Prepare and position patients ensuring comfort safety and effective communication.

Operate CT scanners and related imaging equipment adjusting technical factors as needed.

Administer contrast media when required and monitor patients for reactions.

Verify physician orders and review patient history and clinical information prior to exams.

Collaborate with radiologists and clinical staff to support workflow and patient care.

Maintain accurate documentation in EMR PACS and RIS systems.

Adhere to radiation safety infection control and regulatory guidelines.

Troubleshoot equipment issues and report malfunctions promptly.

Demonstrate strong clinical judgment professionalism and independence.

Qualifications

Active New York State Radiologic Technologist license.

ARRT CT Certification Required.

BLS (AHA) certification.

Minimum 1 year of recent CT experience in a hospital or acute care environment preferred.

Experience with CT protocols radiation safety and contrast administration.

Proficiency with EMR PACS and imaging systems.

Excellent communication organizational and patient-care skills.
