Salary Range : $85,000-$110,000
Duties and Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To :
The project manager will be responsible for planning and executing every stage of the project management life cycle of roofing installations for commercial properties. This includes managing projects from the pre-construction phase to the post-construction phase. The project manager responsibilities include but not limited to the following :
- Work with project estimators to review estimates and analyze the scope of each project along with determining what material is needed. This includes but not limited to the following :
Analyze project specifications from consulting / engineering firms.
Review estimates in google excel and ask questions to the project estimator as needed.Review aerial images of the roof to identify potential problems that may arise during the scope of the project.Plan projects in advance to ensure all aspects of the project are allocated and scheduled accordingly. This includes but not limited to the following :Budget for material and labor;
Material ordering;Schedule and timelines;Safety plan;Drafting contracts for subcontractors and vendorsManage crews and subcontractors. This includes but not limited to the following :Ensure quality work is being implemented upon company / industry standards;
Ensure the written specifications are being implemented;Manage issues / problems that may arise during the project;Constantly verify that safety guidelines are being met upon OSHA and company compliance standards.Prepare and deliver various reports detailing the progress of each project to the company and customer.Communicate with staff, supervisors, and other parties about current projects. This includes but not limited to the following :Discussing budgets and current financial status of the project;
Plans and goals.Negotiate contracts when unexpected changes occur along with renegotiating contracts with contractors and subcontractors.Benefits :

5+ Years of Work Experience in the Commercial Roofing industryFamiliar with Details and Requirements related to the installation of the following roof systems : PVC, TPO, Modified Bitumen, and Asphalt ShinglesBi-Lingual is a plusTravel is expected for this position.
