Duration : 6 months
Pay : $30 / hr, paid weekly
Hours : Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 a.m.–5 : 00 p.m.
Summary
Support HR operations by assisting with employee relations, benefits, recruiting events, compliance, and administrative functions. Serve as a key contact for employees, managers, and the temp agency to ensure smooth HR processes and a positive workplace culture.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s in HR or Business preferred.
2 - 4 years of HR experience.
Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Experience with workers’ compensation and FMLA / leave management preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Support daily HR functions, including benefits, payroll, compliance, and employee relations.
Coordinate recruiting activities such as career fairs and special hiring events.
Act as liaison between company and temp agency.
Assist with workers’ compensation, FMLA, and leave administration.
Support HR programs such as safety, open enrollment, and performance reviews.
Organize employee engagement and culture events.
Maintain accurate records for HR and payroll systems.
Assist with special projects as assigned.
