Regional Construction Manager

Regional Construction Manager Southeast U.S.

Location : Southeast U.S. (State of GA and surrounding)

Role Overview : Lead construction operations regionally, manage multiple projects, develop strategy, and handle P&L for Southeast region.

Pay Range : USD ~ $190,000 $230,000 / year

Key Responsibilities :

Oversee multiple construction projects in Southeast U.S.

Develop and implement regional construction strategy aligned with growth goals

Financial oversight : budgeting, resource allocation, cash flow, margins

Lead regional staffing, subcontractor engagement, and vendor relationships

Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality control, and regulatory requirements

Report to senior leadership on regional performance, forecasts, and risks

Desired Experience / Skills :

Proven senior construction leadership (Regional / Division level)

Experience managing large-scale projects, multiple sites

Strong financial acumen : P&L, forecasting, and budgeting

Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management

Familiarity with construction safety standards and compliance
