What Youll Do

  • Prepare detailed quantity takeoffs, cost estimates, and bid proposals for ground-up construction projects.
  • Review drawings, specifications, and addenda to ensure accurate scope coverage.
  • Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and vendor pricing to develop competitive bids.
  • Collaborate with project managers, design teams, and clients to clarify scope and align project goals.
  • Support value engineering efforts and maintain accurate cost databases.

    • What You Bring

  • 37 years of estimating experience with a general contractor or construction manager.
  • Solid understanding of construction methods, materials, and building systems .
  • Proficiency in estimating software such as Bluebeam, PlanSwift, Sage Estimating, or Excel-based tools .
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.
  • A proactive mindset and desire to grow into a leadership role over time.
