MedStar Health Franklin Square Medical Center is seeking experienced RNs to fill roles on the ICU.\n\nUnit Highlights\n\n42 Bed Unit\n\nCaring for a wide patient population set including but not limited to medical, respiratory, cardiac, renal failure, GI and surgical patients\n\nCross train to Neurological Critical Care Unit\n\nExcellent leadership with flexible scheduling\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nAs a Clinical Nurse, you will provide skilled, compassionate care to patients and families across a spectrum of needs—from routine to highly complex. You will assess evolving patient conditions, identify actual and potential health concerns, and develop appropriate care plans.
