Job descriptionProven experience in customer service or sales, preferably in a B2B environment. Independent living is essential. Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully. Familiarity with outside sales processes and techniques. Experience in technology sales is highly desirable. Experience within Senior Living sales is a MUST.
On behalf of our long-term client, we are currently seeking a motivated Sales Counselor to conduct sales activities to generate new business opportunities. Independent Living sales experience is a must!
Responsibilities :
- Utilize technology sales tools to track leads, manage customer interactions, and report on sales activities.
- Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Conduct outside sales activities to generate new business opportunities.
- Manage client accounts and maintain ongoing relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Implement upselling techniques to maximize revenue from existing clients.
