Senior Manager, Digital Transformation PMO

We are seeking a Senior Manager to lead the Program Management Office as part of the Digital Transformation Office within LinkedIn's Finance organization. This position will oversee a team of Program Managers responsible for managing and executing projects for Finance. This role requires strategic thinking, project management expertise, team leadership, and stakeholder communication skills to ensure the successful delivery of projects on time and within scope.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the Program Management Office.
- Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, promoting professional growth and development.
- Lead and manage cross-functional project teams to ensure project goals and objectives are met.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies of the Finance Portfolio.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including executives, team members, and suppliers.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment with project goals and objectives.
- Ensure the quality of project deliverables meets the established standards and requirements.
- Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery.
- Identify, assess, and manage project risks, implementing proactive measures to mitigate potential issues.
- Develop contingency plans to address unforeseen challenges and ensure project success.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications :
BS / BA Degree in Business, Business Analytics, Finance, or related field OR equivalent experienceProject Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent certification6+ years of experience in project management experience2+ years of experience in program leadership or a comparable leadership rolePreferred Qualifications :
Experience in leading cross-functional project initiatives, program management and process improvements.Experience with Oracle ERP and similar large scale, global implementations.Understanding of Finance, Tax, Accounting, HR, and Operations / Customer Service and their interdependenceAbility to act operationally and ability to manage ambiguity, risk, and changing the direction of projects / strategies.Strong customer service orientation with the ability to influence and drive change in a global organization.Excellent written and verbal communication skills including experience in executive-level presentations.Suggested Skills :

Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
