Our team at Abilities accepting applications for our open Lead DSP positions. A candidate should have experience in providing direct care to individuals with disabilities, have knowledge and experience with individual programs and documentation requirements. The persons in this role will be planning and overseeing daily actives at the center or community.

You could be fulfilling one of the following roles.

• Complete monthly activity calendar
• Work with coordinators to handle individual and DSP questions
• Checking and assisting with data and billing
• Specialize in making sure the building is cleaned
• Planning and implementing a steady stream of on-site activities
• Responsible for ensuring that the individuals are still engaging throughout their days
• Specialize in ensuring vehicles are in working order, clean, and filled with gas
• Responsible for maintaining staff ratios on community outings
