Mon : 7a-7p, Tues-Thurs, 7a-4p, Friday, 7a-12p

• No on-call required
• Worksite Setting : Primary Care / Occupational Medicine in the Evansville area
• Scope of Work :

Primary care-mostly adults ages 20-55 but some peds on an acute care basis,

• 2 MAs support staff
• Licenses, Certifications, Requirements :

BC, .

• IN Medical License,
• BLS, DEA,
• DOT is a plus but not required per client
