As a Security Officer - Access Control Entry in Tucker, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food / Beverage, and more. As an Access Control Officer at a food and beverage production location, you will monitor entry points, conduct routine patrols, and help to deter security-related incidents while remaining highly visible. What You'll Do : Monitor and control access to the location, verifying credentials of employees, visitors, and contractors to help to deter unauthorized entry. Provide customer service by assisting individuals entering or exiting the premises, answering questions, and giving directions as needed. Follow site-specific policies and procedures related to access control and security-related matters within a food and beverage production environment. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating issues as appropriate. Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter suspicious activity and report any irregularities. Maintain accurate logs and records of access control activities, incidents, and observations as required by Allied Universal and the client site. Support emergency response activities, including guiding occupants during evacuations or other emergencies, in accordance with established protocols. Minimum Requirements : Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
