Overview
A Senior Tax Manager is an experienced professional who has the technical ability to successfully plan and ensure that projects are carried out effectively. A Senior Tax Manager demonstrates the ability to work well with others especially in the capacity to earn the confidence and respect of clients, principals, staff, and administrative support personnel. He / she guides and encourages staff members not only on a day-to-day basis and for the long-term by serving as a mentor. He / she can provide forward-looking services that are creative, innovative, and technically sound.

Responsibilities
- Reinforces a positive, dynamic, client-oriented environment that is genuinely committed to serving clients and working as a close team
- Oversees all aspects of client relationships including full-service clients with payroll, financial reporting, sales and income tax compliance, and special projects. Coordinating with internal specialty groups will be critical to success in this role
- Promotes the vision, mission, and core values of the firm and supports the one firm concept
- Earns the confidence of his / her clients and co-workers as they look to him / her for counseling and advice
- Guides and directs the work of others and effectively manages projects with poise and professionalism
- Manages firm projects and actively shares methods and practical knowledge on the proper management of work
- Demonstrates strong time and work management skills necessary to manage the complex and varied responsibilities of a Senior Tax Manager
- Manages client billings in accordance with standards set by the firm leadership
- Attracts new clients and expands services to existing clients through professional awareness
- Stays current on emerging industry or functional issues as a professional responsibility
- Demonstrates positive leadership inside and outside the firm
- Ensures client services are delivered consistently and professionally
Qualifications

Our offices are open from 8 : 00 a.m. to 5 : 00 p.m. Monday through Friday throughout tax season and close at noon on Fridays outside of tax season.
