A company is looking for a Clinical Case Manager - Licensed Behavioral Health Clinician.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine member needs and eligibility

Collaborate with providers to develop and monitor personalized care plans

Provide crisis intervention and ensure compliance with regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

Master's degree in Behavioral / Mental Health or related field

Active, unrestricted independent clinical license (e.g., LCSW, LMFT)

3+ years of post-master's clinical experience in relevant settings

3+ years of experience in behavioral health and substance use disorder care

Proficiency in motivational interviewing and technology platforms
