The Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) at Charter House is responsible for the overall supervision of nursing care in assisted Living. This role supports the Director of Nursing in overseeing the nursing staff and ensuring the highest quality of care for residents. The ADON will manage the increasing complexity and demands of the nursing department, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, and supporting the development of occupancy growth and staffing plans.
This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship with the exception of the TN visa classification; Also, Mayo Clinic DOES NOT participate in the F-1 STEM OPT extension program.

$103,001 - $154,544 / year; Education, experience and tenure may be considered along with internal equity when job offers are extended.

Schedule : Full Time
Hours / Pay Period : 80
Schedule Details : Monday - Friday; hours vary based on the needs of the department; 24 / 7 availability
Weekend Schedule : As needed.
