Service Assistant

If you are looking for a fast-paced job, enjoy driving luxury vehicles, and interacting with customers, the Servco Lexus Service Assistant position may be the right fit for you! Our Service Assistants shuttle vehicles and customers, and assist our technicians to provide a luxury experience.

Responsibilities :

• Drive and park vehicles at various sites and locations.
• Interact with customers and build positive relationships by providing excellent customer service.
• Inspect vehicles to ensure they are clean inside and out before delivery, including driving vehicles through automated car washes if necessary.
• Maintain the service area to ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Properly dispose of waste oil and parts.
• Provide shuttle services to customers.
• Assist auto technicians and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements :

Opportunities for advancement include roles such as Lube Specialist, Parts Assistant, or Diagnostic Specialist I. Note : A Diagnostic Specialist I position requires an Associate's Degree in Automotive Technology. Consider pursuing this degree early if interested in this career path.

Additional roles include : Lot Technician, Parking Attendant, Shuttle Driver, Detailer, Valet, and other positions in auto dealerships focused on customer service.
