A company is looking for a Customer Service Specialist I in the Customer Service Center.
Key Responsibilities
Process inbound calls and resolve customer inquiries related to bank products and services
De-escalate customer situations and follow through on requests to resolution
Maintain knowledge of banking products and adhere to service metrics and compliance training
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
Minimum of one year of customer service experience, preferably in banking
At least one year of contact center experience or equivalent required
Proficiency in using personal computers and managing home networking for remote work
Knowledge of Android and Apple products, as well as supported web browsers and operating systems
