General Labor - Carpentry - $17 / hr

This is a contract position with the opportunity to work full-time.

Location :  Katy, TX 77493

Pay Rate :  $17 / hour

Schedule :  Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm

General Labor - Carpentry Summary :

The General Labor - Carpenter will assist in cutting, assembling, and palletizing wood materials used for crates, pallets, and shipping purposes. This role is ideal for someone with basic carpentry knowledge, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work safely with tools and warehouse equipment.

General Labor - Carpentry Responsibilities :

• Assist in measuring, cutting, and preparing wood for pallets, crates, and shipping needs.
• Support carpenters in assembling and palletizing wood to meet production requirements.
• Operate basic hand tools and power tools under supervision.
• Load, move, and stage wood materials in the warehouse using pallet jacks or forklifts (if certified).
• Inspect completed pallets and assemblies for accuracy and quality.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while following OSHA and company safety standards.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.
