CNC Supervisor

Job Purpose :

Oversee CNC machining department (lathes / mills).

Duties :

Schedule and assign workload to CNC machinists.

Maintain tooling / insert levels suitable for production.

Develop programs and machining methods.

Investigate / assist with troubleshooting machining problems.

Maintain facilities and safe working environment.

Qualifications :

10 plus years of CNC machining experience in lathes and mills.

5-10 plus years of supervisory experience in a machining environment.
