Your Impact

As a Client Success Manager , you will be directly responsible for shaping the success of enterprise clients by leveraging strategic insight, resilience, and curiosity to drive continuous value. Your work will involve fostering trust-based relationships, anticipating client needs, and delivering actionable recommendations that impact their business outcomes. You will utilize strong leadership, courage, and a deep sense of responsibility to own and drive client success plans and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless delivery of Radix's value proposition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients, acting as a strategic consultant and trusted advisor on all aspects of their business
  • Conduct regular meetings with clients to understand their business needs and goals, and provide guidance and recommendations on how Radix products and services can help them achieve those goals
  • Analyze client data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement and develop strategic plans to capitalize on those opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, Implementation, and Support, to ensure a seamless client experience and delivery of value-added services
  • Provide regular reporting and analysis to internal stakeholders on client performance, satisfaction, and engagement
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices, and share knowledge and insights with clients and internal stakeholders
  • What You Bring

    Experience

  • 3+ years in client success, account management, or consulting roles, preferably in a SaaS or technology environment
  • Experience within the Multifamily Industry is a plus.
  • Skills

  • A proven ability to drive impactful business outcomes through the strategic alignment of people, processes, and technology.
  • Strong ability to connect industry context to creative, pragmatic solutions that deliver tangible results.
