Senior IAM Engineer

2 days onsite, 3 days work from home (you pick work from home days)

Summary

This role will be focused on the implementation and support of progressive IAM solutions. This role will focus on Active Directory / Azure AD, O365, PAM and Identity Governance tooling. You will be responsible for reviewing implementations of existing products, determining improvements, building roadmaps, and implementing the updates to improve the overall IAM workflows, as it relates to these areas of focus.

What you'll be doing

• Lead and provide support for the implementation and administration of IAM platforms.
• Maintain IAM policies, standards, and procedures.
• Work with Security Governance, Risk Management and other departments as needed.
• Will assist in the administration, maintenance, and day-to-day operation of Kirkland's IAM, directory, e-mail, and telephony systems as they relate to user identity.
• Coordinates with Human Resources for on / off boarding of all personnel.
• Occasionally provides technical support to end users. Must have excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills.
• Appropriately inform and advise management on incidents and incident prevention.
• Participate in knowledge sharing with other engineers and develop solutions efficiently.

SSO, MFA and other Identify Governance & Administration concepts

Must have Azure AD experience
