Required qualifications / skills / experience / certifications / licenses

• A candidate will be expected to hold a Physician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner license in good standing in the state of Pennsylvania, have good primary care and chronic disease management skills, preferably at least two years' experience, excellent and dynamic people skills, compassion for people, high motivation level, good communication skills, professional confidence, and an independent thinker.
• Primary Care : 2 years (Preferred)
