Financial Controller

A company is looking for a Financial Controller to oversee global accounting operations and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Lead global accounting operations, including general ledger and month-end close processes

Oversee P&L, ensuring data accuracy and driving business decisions

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with business initiatives

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

7+ years of experience in accounting or finance, with at least 3 years in a controller or senior finance leadership role

Integrity and confidence to challenge and influence at the leadership level

Experience in a high-growth SaaS or e-commerce company preferred

Comfort operating in a global, remote-first environment across time zones
