Wally’s loss prevention team members are responsible for protecting assets by ensuring compliance with internal control procedures and regulations through store surveillance, inspections, and supervision of assigned team members.
Successful loss prevention specialists are able to work individually or in small teams with minimal supervision and contribute to a superior guest environment at Wally’s.

Previous retail, guest service, loss prevention experience is preferred.
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
Ability to communicate and / or write simple correspondence.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Team Members are regularly required to stand / walk for up to 8 hours; They frequently use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms. Team members occasionally are required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear. They must frequently lift and / or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and / or move up to 50 pounds.
