Job Responsibilities :
- Update excel spreadsheets weekly and print checks
- Run weekly payroll, run prevailing wage and file
- Create and maintain project folders and file
- Verify all invoices to PO's and receipts.
- Keep and maintain all fleet records.
- Interact with all vendors and other departments to coordinate as business needs require.
- Invoice customers at the beginning of the month and mail them out. Confirming, reviewing, and following up with and for payments
- Generate and distribute invoices.
- Monitor customer accounts for timely payments.
