We are hiring a Solutions Architect to join our growing Solutions team to help customers unlock the full potential of Rutter's platform. This is a highly collaborative, customer-facing role that blends technical depth, product expertise, and strategic thinking. You'll work directly with prospects and customers across the full lifecycle, from early solution design and demos to implementation, onboarding, and post-launch success. As one of the early members of our Solutions team, you'll play a key role in guiding our customers to deliver scalable integrations and power the next generation of fintech products.

What You'll Do

• Lead customer implementations Lead discovery, solution design, and technical implementation for customer integrations across accounting, commerce, and banking platforms.
• Partner with sales and product teams Support the pre-sales process by leading technical conversations, designing tailored solutions, and delivering demos and proofs-of-concept that showcase Rutter's APIs.
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers Guide customers on best practices for API usage, data mapping, and integration architecture to ensure scalable, reliable implementations.
• Influence product and roadmap Collaborate with engineering and product to identify product gaps, propose enhancements, and shape new capabilities based on customer needs.
• Build enablement resources Develop sample apps, implementation guides, internal documentation, and demo flows that accelerate prospect / customer success and internal efficiency.

What We're Looking For

Compensation

On-target earnings of $150,000-$165,000, plus equity
