Overview

ATS is seeking NAS-410 RT Level 2 Film Readers for a contract assignment in Hampton, VA. The assignment is expected to last 3-4 months and includes per diem (7 days / week), a rental car for the duration, and air fare at the start and upon successful completion. Competitive pay with no benefits.

Responsibilities

• Perform NAS-410 RT Level II Film Reading / Interpretation of manufactured parts (castings) in accordance with procedures, codes, standards, and specifications.
• Be thoroughly familiar with the scope and limitations of the methods for which qualified, and exercise responsibility for on-the-job training and guidance of trainees.
• Interface with department managers and clients to determine scope of work and work priorities to meet customer expectations.
• Prepare written instructions and organize and report the results of examinations.
• Work independently and support team members; perform other job-related tasks as needed and assigned by supervisors.
