• Draft legal documents such as correspondence, motions, briefs, pleadings, contracts, affidavits, and settlement agreements.
• Attend hearings, depositions, and legal proceedings as needed, providing general counsel under supervision.
• Maintain organized and current client files for team access.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with clients, staff, and colleagues through clear communication.
