Senior Java Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Java Developer for a long term (W2 only) contract opportunity in the Round Rock, TX area. This role designs, develops, and operates integration solutions—either greenfield or reimplementation of existing solutions—following operating procedures and SDLC guidelines. Works closely with internal technical teams to design, prototype, develop, and maintain complex applications. Performs proof of concepts to evaluate and prove out non-functional requirements and options.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and operate integration components
• Perform system integration and performance monitoring
• Continuously automate processes during development and operations
• Develop prototypes to prove out designs and delivery patterns
• Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams including Development, Operations, Compliance, Security, etc.
• Understand and apply principles, theories, and concepts related to the profession and culture

Provide mentoring and guidance to other team members

Experience

Requires minimum 8 years related work experience and a Bachelors’ Degree

Desired Skills

Preferred :  Experience working with Azure messaging solutions such as API Management, Service Bus, and Event Hub
