Job description

A company is looking for an Administrative Coordinator - Ops Excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Standardize administrative processes and promote ongoing survey readiness

Lead training and onboarding of new administrative staff while providing mentorship

Collaborate with management to develop and implement training policies and process improvement strategies

Qualifications / Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; AA / AS degree preferred

Six months of experience in an administrative support role

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven work environment

Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office; proficiency in company applications required within 90 days of hire

Experience in multi-location healthcare preferred; previous dialysis experience is a strong plus
