Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced GLP Software Administrator to manage and maintain GLP-compliant software systems supporting laboratory operations. This role requires deep knowledge of GLP regulations, proficiency in software administration, and a strong understanding of laboratory workflows. The successful candidate will work closely with laboratory, IT, and validation teams to ensure data integrity, compliance, and optimal software performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain GLP software systems in compliance with regulatory standards
  • Collaborate with laboratory personnel to assess software requirements and provide user support and training
  • Monitor system performance and resolve software issues to ensure operational continuity
  • Implement and enforce data integrity protocols as mandated by GLP guidelines
  • Assist with validation and qualification of laboratory software systems
  • Maintain detailed documentation including SOPs, user guides, and training materials
  • Coordinate with IT, software vendors, and validation teams for system updates, patches, and technical support
  • Stay informed on industry trends and developments in laboratory software and GLP compliance

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Computer Science, or a related discipline
  • Minimum of 5 years of software administration experience, preferably in a GLP-regulated laboratory setting
  • In-depth understanding of GLP (Good Laboratory Practice) regulations and lab operations
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment

    • Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in software validation and qualification processes
  • Familiarity with lab software platforms such as :
  • SciexOS, Analyst, Chromeleon, Debra, Laura, MassHunter
  • OL Chemstation, OL Ezchrom, OMNIC, Crry UV / VIS
  • Certification in GLP compliance or related fields

    • Certifications

  • GLP certification or related regulatory certification preferred, but not required
