We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced GLP Software Administrator to manage and maintain GLP-compliant software systems supporting laboratory operations. This role requires deep knowledge of GLP regulations, proficiency in software administration, and a strong understanding of laboratory workflows. The successful candidate will work closely with laboratory, IT, and validation teams to ensure data integrity, compliance, and optimal software performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain GLP software systems in compliance with regulatory standards
- Collaborate with laboratory personnel to assess software requirements and provide user support and training
- Monitor system performance and resolve software issues to ensure operational continuity
- Implement and enforce data integrity protocols as mandated by GLP guidelines
- Assist with validation and qualification of laboratory software systems
- Maintain detailed documentation including SOPs, user guides, and training materials
- Coordinate with IT, software vendors, and validation teams for system updates, patches, and technical support
- Stay informed on industry trends and developments in laboratory software and GLP compliance
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Computer Science, or a related disciplineMinimum of 5 years of software administration experience, preferably in a GLP-regulated laboratory settingIn-depth understanding of GLP (Good Laboratory Practice) regulations and lab operationsStrong analytical and troubleshooting skillsExcellent interpersonal and communication abilitiesAbility to work both independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environmentPreferred Qualifications
Experience in software validation and qualification processesFamiliarity with lab software platforms such as :SciexOS, Analyst, Chromeleon, Debra, Laura, MassHunterOL Chemstation, OL Ezchrom, OMNIC, Crry UV / VISCertification in GLP compliance or related fieldsCertifications
