Job Description :

As the Water Mitigation Sales Manager , you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth through strategic sales initiatives, building relationships with insurance agents, property managers, builders, and other key stakeholders. You’ll also work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

• Identify and target new business opportunities within the water damage restoration and mitigation sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance companies, property managers, general contractors, and other referral sources.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to expand our customer base and increase brand awareness.
• Ensure timely follow-up with leads and prospective clients to convert sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless project management and customer satisfaction.
• Manage sales pipeline and report on progress, revenue forecasts, and overall team performance.
