What success looks like in this role :

Gains familiarity with Field Engineering practices and procedures.

With guidance or by following a pre-determined / documented process performs the following :

o Installing maintaining and repairing desktops laptops and monitors and associated software and peripherals

o Assisting with maintenance on products and devices

o Performing low-complexity installs moves adds and changes on various equipment and devices and

o Assisting with network server device and application testing and certification.

Ensures client satisfaction throughout service delivery transactions.

Ensures service level agreements (SLAs) are met and incident and request tickets are updated as required within the ticketing system.

Follows specific procedures outlined and completes certification requirements.

Assists with special projects as assigned.

You will be successful in this role if you have :

High School diploma or GED required

Generally less than 1 years experience in area of responsibility

This role may require access to export-controlled commodities and technology. Therefore to conform to U.S. export control regulations applicant should be eligible for any required authorizations from the U.S. Government.
