JOB SUMMARY :

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) plays a vital role in our healthcare team, ensuring that patients receive compassionate, consistent, and reliable care. As an LPN at our facility, you will engage in direct patient care under the guidance of a provider or registered nurse (RN). You will provide essential technical nursing care to patients with diverse health conditions and offer valuable clinical and administrative support to patients and their families.

EDUCATION :

Current LPN licensure or compact licensure recognized by the State of Vermont is mandatory.

EXPERIENCE :

• An LPN with less than two years of experience and less than one year of employment at our institution.
• An LPN with two or more years of experience and less than six months of employment at our institution but does not meet the criteria to advance to LPN II (refer to the Career Ladder for specific requirements).
