Pay Information

$1,900 to $2,000 per day

About The Position

Type : 1099

Position : Locums

Practice Setting : 24 hour Pager Call

Location : Jackson, MI

Pay rate :

  • Hourly : Negotiable
  • Nightly Call : Negotiable
  • On Call (Daily) :   $2000 / day  - to include 6 gratis hours
  • Call Back : Negotiable
    • Schedule :
  • Pager Call
  • Very low volume with rare Call Back
  • 24-hour call coverage, pager call

Dates of Coverage : (Can emergency privilege for available dates)

  • Sept 21st at 0800 to Sept 22 at 0800
  • October 1st at 0800 to Oct 6th at 0800
  • October 23rd
  • October 29th at 0800 to Nov 1st at 0800
  • November 13th
  • Nov 19th at 0800 to Nov 24th at 0800
  • Nov 26th at 0800 to Dec 5th at 0800
  • December 25th
  • December 31 - Ongoing into 2026

    • Details :

  • Locums will NOT be responsible for supervising other providers
  • EMR : EPIC

    • Submission Requirements

  • Board Certified -  REQUIRED
  • Active OR license - REQUIRED
  • DEA and CSR  -  REQUIRED
  • BLS -  REQUIRED
  • Local candidates -  highly preferred
  • Must submit proof of COVID vaccine in order to work at this facility -  REQUIRED
  • $2000 to carry pager with 6 gratis hours - REQUIRED
  • Must be available for most / all of the open dates -  REQUIRED

    • Note : All travel, lodging, and malpractice with tails are covered.
