In this leadership position, you will mentor and motivate a high-performing marketing team while overseeing marketing strategies and campaigns. You'll manage e-marketing resources, maintain our contact database, develop compelling presentation materials, and represent our franchise at local and regional events, trade shows, and professional associations.

We're seeking a proactive, self-motivated professional with excellent interpersonal skills, a strong marketing background, and a passion for providing exceptional service. If you are dependable, ambitious, and thrive on exceeding expectations, this could be your perfect fit!

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct annual marketing needs assessments, including planning CE classes, lunch-and-learns, and other educational events
• Assist in creating and managing the marketing budget and action plans for centers of influence (COIs)
• Establish revenue, collection, and activity goals; monitor performance against marketing objectives
• Develop and execute marketing initiatives, including annual marketing plans and budgets
• Increase sales revenue and achieve sales goals by training and coaching the marketing team
• Recruit, hire, and evaluate marketing staff performance, and oversee administrative tasks related to marketing

Compensation : $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
