Role Purpose :

The Master Data Analyst is responsible for ensuring the accurate setup and management of master data within QAD systems for Innovation, Renovation, and business-critical projects. The role supports key business functions by delivering high-quality data that drives informed decision-making and operational efficiency. Requires a strong focus on process development and standardization to ensure robust data governance throughout the entire product lifecycle.

Accountabilities & Impact :

• Create component and Finished Goods items in QAD system
• Innovation + Renovation New Item Setups
• Create + Maintain BOM for Blends, Packaging, and Finished Goods
• Collaborate with MRPs to maintain data for material transitions
• Collaborate with Product Development and Project Management to maintain Blend BOM data within QAD system
• Collaborate with Supply Planners to accurately maintain BOMs across internal and external sites
• SOP Creation + Maintenance
• Create + Perform Standardized QAD Audits
