Senior Director - Prior Authorization & Clinical Care (PBM) - 234071

Are you a licensed pharmacist ready to lead and inspire a team of clinical professionals ? We’re seeking a strategic, results-driven leader to oversee Prior Authorization and Clinical Care operations across multiple lines of business, including Commercial, Medicare, Exchange, and Medicaid , while managing Clinical Call Center operations. This is a fully remote role with competitive pay of $200,000 – $210,000 annually and the opportunity to make a tangible impact in a fast-growing healthcare environment.

What You’ll Do :

• Lead & Mentor : Manage a large team of pharmacists, technicians, and support staff, setting strategy, fostering accountability, and cultivating a culture of collaboration and excellence.
• Operational Excellence : Drive efficiency, process improvements, and automation initiatives to optimize Prior Authorization and Clinical Care workflows.
• Client-Facing Leadership : Partner with clients and consultants, providing detailed, consultative guidance and representing the organization with professionalism and expertise.
• Compliance & Quality : Ensure operations meet regulatory standards (URAC, NCQA, federal and state guidelines) and manage audits and compliance risks.
• Strategic Impact : Define KPIs, monitor performance metrics, and report actionable insights to executive leadership to guide decision-making and continuous improvement.
