Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our hotel team at the Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott, Whitestown / Indianapolis . As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing all aspects of our hotel facilities, including guest rooms, public areas, and equipment. You will work closely with other members of the team to ensure that our hotel is always in top condition for our guests.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as painting, plumbing, and electrical repairs
• Respond to guest requests for maintenance assistance in a timely and friendly, professional manner
• Inspect and maintain all guest rooms, public areas, and equipment to ensure they are in good working order
• Perform preventative maintenance on all hotel equipment and systems
• Assist with the installation of new equipment and systems as needed
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed
• Ensure that all work is performed safely and in compliance with all applicable regulations and standards
