About the Role

As a Physical Therapist, you’ll provide hands-on care and develop customized rehabilitation programs to help patients regain movement, reduce pain, and restore independence. You’ll be part of a patient-centered team committed to delivering excellent care and meaningful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individual care plans

Implement therapeutic interventions, exercises, and modalities

Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as needed

Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to optimize recovery

Educate patients and caregivers on home programs and wellness

Qualifications

Active Florida Physical Therapist license (or ability to obtain)

Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program

BLS certification

Minimum of 1 year of recent clinical experience preferred

Strong interpersonal and documentation skills
