About The Position

Job Title : Registered Nurse

Experience : Minimum 1 year of experience

License : Compact license required

Certifications : ACLS, BLS, NIHSS

Must-Have :

• Central line care / management
• Feeding tube care and management
• Interpretation of dysrhythmias
• Manage cardiac and vasoactive drips (no titration)
• Telemetry monitoring
• Wound care

Description :

The unit cares for patients with a variety of diagnoses including DKA, respiratory failure, NSTEMI, vascular conditions, renal failure, CHF, sepsis, and GI bleed.

Travelers are expected to work every other weekend.

Float within facility / scope of practice may be required.

If one or two major holidays occur during the assignment period, travelers must work those holidays.

If three major holidays occur, travelers must work two of them.

Major holidays include Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving / Black Friday, Christmas Eve / Christmas Day, and New Year's Eve / New Year's Day.

A full compliance requirement must be met to start on time; failure to do so may result in a delay.

Travelers with only local qualifications are welcomed.

Two supervisory references are preferred for submission.

Candidates should be available to complete necessary documentation promptly following contract signing to ensure an on-time start.

Modules related to orientation are non-billable and factored into the overall assignment duration.

Candidates must already possess the required license at the time of application.
