Job Posting Summary : BNA is seeking a strategic and hands-on leader to serve as Asset Manager, responsible for driving excellence in asset care across our three North American manufacturing sites. This critical role will champion reliability-centered maintenance, minimize equipment downtime, and embed a culture of continuous improvement and operational discipline. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for building high-performing teams and systems that support long-term manufacturing success.
Scope of Job : Manages and implements an organization's policies and processes to control and maintain physical assets, including property and equipment. Designs and implements systems that facilitate asset management. Develop methodologies for tracking asset lifecycles, inventory, locations, costs, and return on investment. Oversee the planning process for asset acquisition, replacement, and disposal. Leads cross functional coordination activities to develop and maintain an accurate and complete asset information database used for reporting across the organization. Ensures that project / department milestones / goals are met and adhering to approved budgets.
Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities :
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering required. Advanced degree or certifications in reliability or asset management preferred.
Experience : Minimum of 7 years in reliability engineering or asset management within a manufacturing environment. Experience in the food industry strongly preferred. Proven track record of leading multi-site reliability programs and driving measurable improvements.

Physical Requirements : Requires prolonged sitting and continuous use of computer. May lift, carry, push, or pull objects up to 10 lbs.
