The Assistant Overnight Manager / Manager-on-Duty (MOD) oversees all overnight hotel operations, ensuring exceptional guest service, operational efficiency, and adherence to Hyatt brand standards. This role represents hotel management during overnight hours, providing leadership, direction, and support across all departments to ensure a seamless guest and colleague experience.
Grand Hyatt DFW is seeking an exceptional Director of Restaurants & Bars to lead our multi-outlet Food & Beverage operations. This role oversees our high-volume restaurant, lounge, and in-room dining conceptsensuring a refined, contemporary dining experience aligned with the Grand Hyatt brand.
