Travel Nurse RN - Interventional Radiology in Winston Salem, NC

Job Title : Radiology / Cardiology - Interventional Radiology Location (On-site, Remote, or Hybrid?) : Winston Salem, NC (onsite) Contract Duration : 13 weeks Working hours : Day 4x10-Hour (07 : 00 - 17 : 00) Total hours : 40 RTO after booking is not allowed and is not allowed to be worked out onsite. Any call offs or additional RTO on unit, could possibly turn into a cancel and DNR. REQUIRED SKILLS / CERTS / EXP : Minimum Years of Experience : 1 year Traveler Experience required : YES, does not accept 1st time travelers. Locals Accepted / Rate Difference : Yes Skills : Neuro Experience. Inpatient hospital exp, PACS, contrast required. All IR procedures including : stents, angioplasty, angiograms, nephograms, kyphoplasty, peripherals, Biopsies, drainages, upper and lower extremity, abd and pelvic, genitourinary studies, vascular studies, venous access and neurological studies. Siemens and Phillips x-ray equipment exp required. Certs : BLS and ARRT PREFERRED SKILLS / CERTS / EXP : ARRT Advanced Cert preferred. EPIC and McKesson preferred. Outpatient, OR, ER, Level I trauma, Teaching hospital, community hospital, Ablations, JOB DETAILS : Shift : First shift with call, staggered start time between 0700 and 0830 for 10 hours / day M-F. Call Requirement : Weekends and evenings / nights on call rotation. On Call As Needed : Yes, primary and backup call rotation. Float Requirement : None. Weekend Requirement : Weekends and evenings / nights on call rotation. PATIENT DIAGNOSES : Patient Age Group : majority Adults and geriatrics, with some Adolescents. Required skill in both Neuro (to include stroke intervention) and Body procedures. SPECIAL PROCEDURES / UNIT DETAILS : Daily Case Load : 13-17. SPECIAL EQUIPMENT : Siemens and Phillips required. Acuson preferred. Hospital Orientation week one; traveler must be available for classes each day. SCRUBS : provided.
