Vice President of Software Engineering

My client is seeking a Vice President of Software Engineering and Analytics to lead enterprise-wide technology transformation initiatives. This executive will guide high-performing teams of software engineers, data scientists, and analytics professionals, driving strategy and execution across in-house software platforms, enterprise analytics, machine learning, and data management.

The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in building out cloud modernization, AI / ML integration, and enterprise data strategy , with a proven ability to align engineering and analytics priorities with broader business objectives. This role requires a balance of strategic leadership and hands-on oversight, ensuring the delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performing digital solutions. The successful candidate will foster a culture of innovation and collaboration, partner cross-functionally with business leaders, and deliver measurable value through technology enablement and data-driven decision-making.
