Janitorial Night Manager

We are seeking a Janitorial Night Manager to join our growing team! The Night Manager is responsible for assisting with management of contract compliance for designated building maintenance services, as well as maintaining the relationship between City Wide and Independent Contractors. Employee must possess ability to review the client contract, interact professionally with Independent Contractors and verify that work expectations have been met.

• This position will cover a territory between East Knoxville and Greeneville with occasional travel necessary in outlying areas (West Knoxville and the Tri-Cities). The right candidate must have reliable transportation and be willing to commute to various client buildings each night along a defined route.
